TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MIGHTY JO LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT MIGHTY JO LLC WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MIGHTY JO LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
THE COMPANY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY ADVERSE OUTCOMES, EDUCATIONAL DECISIONS, SCHOOL SELECTIONS, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE.
